An employee suffers from food intolerances, is it possible to adapt their box?

In any case of food intolerance, we encourage you to contact us in order to modify the composition of the box for the person concerned.

Can I know specifically the contents of a box?

Is it possible to order an assortment without alcoholic drinks?

You of course have the possibility of replacing beers and wines with artisanal non-alcoholic drinks. Do not hesitate to contact us to discover our different alcohol-free options.

How are the products in the box selected?

We select our products based on their taste, their taste qualities as well as possible flavor combinations. The second step is to check their compliance with our values.

Can I put a personalized note in the box?

You can of course send us a note for your colleagues which will be placed in the boxes. If the delivery time is short, it is important that the word is sent to us as quickly as possible in order to respect the desired deadlines.

Can I put together the assortment of my colleagues myself?

We offer you the possibility of creating assortments according to your specific wishes. For this, we can advise you according to your desires in order to create the assortment that best meets your needs.

How long should it take to taste the products in the Belgian box?

Generally speaking, all of our products can be kept for at least 3 months outside the fridge. However, depending on stocks, certain products may exceptionally have a shorter DLC. If you want to be sure that the products in your boxes have particularly long expiry dates, do not hesitate to let us know when ordering.

Can the products be stored outside the fridge?

All of our products can be stored outside the fridge.

How is the delivery of boxes carried out?

We can deliver the boxes to your office (single address) as well as individually to each employee. With single delivery, we take care of the delivery directly or with a trusted partner. For individual deliveries we collaborate with Bpost.

What happens if the recipient is absent when the box is delivered?

In this scenario, a note is delivered to the mailbox and the Belgian box is available at the nearest Bpost office.

A colleague has still not received their box, what should I do?

If a colleague tells you that they have not received their box, get back to us as quickly as possible so that we can understand the reason for the lack of delivery.

Can I have boxes delivered to colleagues in Europe?

We can of course deliver boxes in Europe, subject to adaptation of delivery costs. As delivery times vary depending on the country, we encourage you to discuss this with us directly to have the opportunity to schedule a few additional delivery days.

A product from a Belgian box is damaged or missing, what should I do?

If there is a problem with a product, we encourage you to get back to us as quickly as possible so that we can find the most suitable solution to resolve the problem.

What are the different payment methods?

By contacting us for any specific order you will have the option to pay via bank transfer. An E-shop will soon be available for orders directly via the site.
